Lee journey into the fitness industry began in 1991 where he served 9 years in the army, travelling all over the world as a Physical Training Instructor.
Upon leaving the army in 2000, Lee trained to become a qualified personal trainer and began working with clients in Liverpool including some Premiership footballers.
Lee then progressed into leisure management, and moved on to David Lloyd Leisure based in Cheadle Hulme and worked as a fully qualified Health & Fitness Manager for 3 years.
During this time Lee topped up his fitness knowledge by doing an American Personal Trainer qualification through the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), before joining Executive Fitness Clinics as General Manager.
George Wilson first graduated from the University of Liverpool, with a 2:1 degree in Sports Studies (1998). He then went on to study at the University of Central Lancashire, acquiring a Certificate in Education (2000).
Following this George studied at Liverpool John Moore's University (JMU) and gained an M.Sc., Master Of Sport Physiology (2003). Whilst studying at JMU, George worked as Tranmere Rovers FC’s first team fitness coach and nutritionist, under the management of ex-Everton and England centre half, Dave Watson (2001 - 2002).
George started ‘Wilsonhealth’ in August 2003 and thus made available an affordable and unique centre for testing health and fitness under scientific conditions, including the stress-test Electrocardiogram. The centre has been described as ‘an MOT for the body’. Apart from advising and training World-class athletes, the majority of the current client base range from club recreational athletes with sport specific testing, such as anaerobic threshold testing, across to individuals with a plethora of pathological conditions - hypertension, type 1 and 2 diabetics, Parkinson's disease, high cholesterol, clinical obesity, etc.
Steve will be working with Executive Fitness Clinics on a part time basis in addition to his current position as Head Physiotherapist at the Everton FC Academy. Previous organisations that have benefited from Steve’s in depth knowledge include the Royal Navy, various private hospitals/sports injury clinics and AFC Bournemouth.
Qualified in 1981, with at Grad Dip phys mcsp srp, Steve describes himself as spirited, sympathetic and highly motivated.

Louise qualified as a beauty therapist from the London College of Fashion in 1998 with distinction and as ‘student of the year’. After leaving her beauty therapist position in a local salon, Louise went to work as a therapist on cruise ships to broaden her horizons touring the Caribbean and the west coast of the United States as well as Mexico.
Since returning to the UK, Louise has worked in a variety of exclusive salons & spas, specialising in massages, as well as offering treatments such as Dermalogica Facials, Reflexology, Waxing, Eye Lash Tints, OPI Manicures and Pedicures.
